Service Agreement

This Service Agreement outlines the scope, features, limitations, and duration of DireNote Media’s distribution plans. Plan-specific terms apply in addition to DireNote Media’s general platform policies.

General Service Scope

All plans provide access to the DireNote Media distribution dashboard, release management tools, analytics, and customer support as specified under each plan.

Processing timelines, platform availability, and features may vary depending on the selected plan and third-party platform requirements.

Golden Plan

The Golden Plan is an annual subscription designed for independent artists seeking essential distribution services.

  • Price: ₹399 per year (one artist)
  • Unlimited releases during the subscription period
  • Permanent availability of released content
  • Standard processing time: 5–7 working days
  • Spotify verification
  • YouTube Content ID
  • Dashboard access and revenue reports
  • WhatsApp and email support
  • Artist website and smart links
  • AI mastering and copyright detection tools
  • Artist retains 90% of Net Royalty Revenue

Diamond Plan

The Diamond Plan offers faster processing and expanded release controls for artists requiring advanced distribution features.

  • Price: ₹1,299 per year (one artist)
  • Unlimited releases during the subscription period
  • Permanent availability of released content
  • Priority processing time: 2–3 working days
  • Spotify verification and YouTube Content ID
  • Dashboard access and revenue reports
  • Call, WhatsApp, and email support
  • Artist website, smart links, and AI mastering
  • Custom C & P line
  • Release scheduling and post-release metadata corrections
  • Instagram profile linking and Official Artist Channel setup
  • Specific store and territory selection
  • Instrumental releases supported
  • Up to two primary artists per release
  • Artist retains 90% of Net Royalty Revenue

Titanium Plan

The Titanium Plan is a premium subscription intended for labels, collectives, and artists requiring promotional and multi-artist support.

  • Price: ₹2,499 per year (one artist)
  • Unlimited releases with permanent availability
  • Priority processing time: 2–3 working days
  • Spotify verification and YouTube Content ID
  • Editorial playlist pitching (no placement guarantee)
  • Dashboard access and detailed revenue reports
  • Priority call, WhatsApp, and email support
  • Artist website, smart links, AI mastering, and copyright detection
  • Custom C & P line
  • Release scheduling and metadata corrections
  • Official Artist Channel setup
  • Store and territory-specific releases
  • Instrumental releases supported
  • Multiple primary artists supported
  • One custom label name
  • Exclusive release dates for selected stores
  • 20% discount on YouTube ad campaigns
  • Selected discounts on additional DireNote Media services
  • Artist retains 95% of Net Royalty Revenue

Label Starter

The Label Starter plan is designed for emerging independent labels and collectives managing multiple artists under a single dashboard.

  • Price: ₹1,999 per year
  • Manage up to 10 artists
  • Unlimited releases with lifetime store availability
  • Priority processing time: 2–3 business days
  • YouTube Content ID and Spotify verification
  • Official Artist Channel (OAC) setup for all artists
  • Artist Synopsis management for all artists
  • Dashboard access, revenue reports, and analytics
  • Call, WhatsApp, and email support
  • Custom C & P line and Custom Label Name
  • Release scheduling and Instagram profile linking
  • Artist retains 90% of Net Royalty Revenue

Carbon Plan

The Carbon Plan is a pay-per-release option suitable for artists distributing individual tracks without an annual subscription.

  • Single artist per release
  • Content availability: 5 years
  • Processing time: 5–10 working days
  • Spotify verification
  • YouTube Content ID

Carbon Plus Plan

The Carbon Plus Plan provides lifetime availability and faster processing for artists using a per-release model.

  • Processing time: 2–4 working days
  • Spotify verification and YouTube Content ID
  • Release date scheduling
  • Up to two additional primary artists
  • Custom C & P line

Plan Modifications

DireNote Media may update plan features, pricing, or inclusions from time to time. Such updates will not affect already released content unless explicitly stated.
