Refund Policy

DireNote Media provides digital distribution and rights management services that involve immediate infrastructure usage, third-party platform submissions, and administrative processing. As such, refunds are issued only in limited circumstances where the fault is directly attributable to DireNote Media.

General No-Refund Policy

All fees paid to DireNote Media are non-refundable by default. Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from:

  • Artist error, incomplete, or incorrect metadata
  • Copyright infringement or rights disputes
  • Failure to provide valid licenses or permissions
  • Content rejection or takedown by digital platforms
  • Delays or failures caused by third-party platforms or payment providers
  • Change of mind after purchase or submission

Refunds Due to DireNote Media Error

Refunds may be considered only if a proven technical or operational failure occurs directly due to DireNote Media, such as:

  • Duplicate billing caused by a system error
  • Failure to initiate distribution after confirmed acceptance
  • Incorrect service activation contrary to the selected plan
  • Platform-side submission failure directly caused by DireNote Media systems

All refund requests are subject to internal verification and approval. DireNote Media’s decision shall be final.

Refund Method & Deductions

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method. Transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or gateway deductions imposed by payment providers may be deducted and are non-refundable.

No Refunds After Service Delivery

Once any part of the service has been delivered — including but not limited to content processing, submission, monetization setup, or rights registration — no refunds will be issued, even if the content is later removed or rejected.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension or termination
  • Removal of all active content
  • Recovery of disputed amounts and associated fees
  • Permanent restriction from future services

Policy Updates

DireNote Media reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
