Copyright & AI Content Policy

This Copyright & AI Content Policy is maintained by DIRENOTE INITIATIVES LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, bearing LLP Identification Number (LLPIN) ACX-6892 and doing business as ("DBA") DireNote Media ("DireNote Media", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

DireNote Media is committed to protecting the rights of creators, copyright owners, rights holders, and business partners while supporting responsible innovation, including the lawful use of artificial intelligence technologies. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach toward copyright infringement, fraud, impersonation, false ownership claims, unauthorized exploitation of content, and abuse of our services.

Artist Responsibility

By uploading, submitting, distributing, monetizing, or otherwise using DireNote Media's services, you represent and warrant that you own, control, or have obtained all rights, permissions, licenses, authorizations, approvals, and consents necessary to exploit, distribute, monetize, administer, and otherwise use the submitted content.

You remain solely responsible for all content submitted through the Platform, including ownership claims, contributor information, publishing information, royalty splits, metadata accuracy, licensing, permissions, and legal compliance.

Prohibited Content

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Unauthorized samples, interpolations, remixes, or derivative works.
  • Cover songs distributed without required licenses or permissions.
  • Use of copyrighted beats, instrumentals, vocals, compositions, recordings, or other protected materials without authorization.
  • False ownership claims or fraudulent rights assertions.
  • Impersonation of artists, creators, labels, brands, organizations, or public figures.
  • Submission of misleading, deceptive, or inaccurate metadata.
  • Fraudulent royalty claims or ownership disputes based on knowingly false information.
  • Content intended to mislead consumers, platforms, rights holders, or business partners.
  • Attempts to circumvent content review, copyright detection, fraud prevention, or platform security systems.

AI-Generated & AI-Assisted Content

DireNote Media may permit AI-generated, AI-assisted, AI-enhanced, AI-modified, or otherwise machine-assisted content provided the user possesses all rights necessary for commercial exploitation and complies with applicable laws, platform requirements, and this Policy.

Users must ensure that:

  • The AI technology permits commercial use, distribution, and monetization.
  • The content does not infringe intellectual property rights.
  • The content does not unlawfully reproduce, replicate, or substantially imitate protected works.
  • The content does not impersonate, clone, simulate, or mimic identifiable artists, performers, creators, public figures, or brands without authorization.
  • All disclosures required by law, platforms, licensors, or rights holders are properly made.

DireNote Media may require users to disclose whether content was created, generated, enhanced, modified, assisted, or influenced by artificial intelligence technologies.

The uploader remains solely responsible for ensuring that any AI tools, models, datasets, prompts, source materials, training methods, reference materials, generated outputs, and related technologies used in connection with the content comply with all applicable intellectual property rights, contractual obligations, and legal requirements.

DireNote Media may request proof of ownership, licensing, permissions, commercial rights, AI tool authorizations, training rights, or other supporting documentation at any time.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in content rejection, takedown, monetization restrictions, revenue withholding, release delays, account limitations, suspension, or termination.

DireNote Media does not guarantee monetization, Content ID eligibility, platform acceptance, royalty generation, advertising eligibility, editorial support, commercial performance, or continued availability for AI-generated or AI-assisted content. Third-party platforms, advertisers, rights organizations, licensors, and partners may impose their own restrictions at any time.

Loop-Based, Template & Generative Content

The use of royalty-free loops, templates, sample libraries, generative systems, construction kits, and similar resources may be permitted where users possess valid rights and the resulting content demonstrates sufficient originality.

DireNote Media reserves the right to reject, remove, restrict, investigate, or refuse content that appears excessively repetitive, mass-produced, duplicated, spam-like, minimally modified, or otherwise inconsistent with platform standards or partner requirements.

Cover Songs & Licensed Content

Users are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permissions, approvals, clearances, authorizations, mechanical licenses, statutory licenses, synchronization rights, or other rights required for the exploitation of cover songs, adaptations, translations, remixes, derivative works, and licensed content.

DireNote Media may request supporting documentation at any time.

Automated Detection & Review Systems

DireNote Media may utilize automated technologies, artificial intelligence systems, machine learning tools, audio fingerprinting systems, content identification technologies, metadata validation systems, derivative works detection systems, copyright verification services, fraud prevention systems, and third-party review services.

Such technologies may analyze content, metadata, ownership claims, account activity, contributor information, royalty information, licensing information, and related materials.

Automated and manual reviews may be used to identify potential copyright conflicts, unauthorized content, duplicate content, derivative works, AI-generated content, metadata inconsistencies, fraud, policy violations, abuse, security risks, and compliance concerns.

DireNote Media may take enforcement actions based upon automated or manual review results without liability to the user.

No Guarantee of Distribution or Monetization

Submission of content does not guarantee distribution, monetization, platform acceptance, Content ID eligibility, rights administration, royalty generation, editorial support, playlist placements, advertising eligibility, or commercial success.

DireNote Media, digital service providers, rights organizations, licensors, advertisers, content identification systems, and other third parties may reject, remove, restrict, suspend, disable, demonetize, limit, or otherwise affect content at any time.

Copyright Enforcement

DireNote Media reserves the right to:

  • Review, investigate, reject, restrict, delay, suspend, or remove content.
  • Disable monetization, Content ID, or related services.
  • Issue immediate takedowns without prior notice.
  • Request ownership, licensing, identity, or compliance documentation.
  • Freeze, withhold, reverse, offset, recover, deduct, or permanently forfeit revenues.
  • Suspend, limit, or permanently terminate user accounts.
  • Cooperate with rights holders, service providers, and authorities.

Cooperation With Investigations

Users agree to cooperate fully with investigations relating to copyright ownership, licensing, fraud, royalty disputes, content authenticity, AI-generated content, account activity, policy compliance, or legal obligations.

Users may be required to provide licenses, contracts, ownership documentation, contributor agreements, identity verification records, publishing information, permissions, and other supporting materials.

Repeat Infringer Policy

DireNote Media maintains a repeat infringer policy. Accounts associated with repeated violations, fraudulent behavior, repeated disputes, unauthorized content, or ongoing compliance concerns may be permanently suspended or terminated without eligibility for reinstatement.

Third-Party Claims & DMCA

DireNote Media may respond to copyright complaints, infringement notices, DMCA notices, rights holder requests, legal demands, platform reports, and equivalent international copyright procedures.

Valid claims may result in immediate enforcement action at DireNote Media's sole discretion.

False Claims & Abuse

Submitting false ownership claims, fraudulent licensing claims, deceptive AI rights assertions, fabricated documentation, false copyright complaints, or otherwise abusing enforcement mechanisms is strictly prohibited.

Such conduct may result in revenue forfeiture, content removal, account termination, legal action, or referral to relevant authorities.

Future Technologies & Compliance Measures

DireNote Media reserves the right to adopt, modify, replace, or introduce additional content verification technologies, copyright detection systems, AI review systems, fraud prevention mechanisms, compliance procedures, security technologies, and operational controls at any time without prior notice.

Policy Updates

DireNote Media reserves the right to modify, amend, replace, update, or revise this Policy at any time. Any updated version becomes effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Continued use of the Platform or Services following publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
